Where does your coffee come from, and how do I choose one I'll like?

All our coffee is specialty grade, traceable, and ethically sourced - we pay above Fairtrade rates even though we're not certified. Our founder Paul farmed in Kenya for years, so sourcing fairly isn't just a policy for us. We run 10-13 coffees on a rotating seasonal menu, mostly single origins plus a few darker blends for espresso drinkers; if one falls out of season, we'll swap in something similar so you're always drinking fresh, new-crop coffee.

Not sure where to start?
