At the moment we roast twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays, and send your coffee to our delivery partners within a few days. Therefore, all orders received up to Monday 5am will be processed for Monday’s roast, and anything received up to Wednesday 5am will be processed for Wednesday’s roast. For all subscription orders, we use Singpost. However, you can upgrade your delivery method to tracked courier. For all one-off orders, we send via tracked courier.
For standard Singpost deliveries, you should receive your coffee within 3 – 7 business days thereafter. For our Express Courier Option, through our courier delivery guys, Pickupp, you should receive your coffee within 2 - 3 business days thereafter.
If for some reason your coffee doesn’t arrive within 7 business days from when your coffee is on its way, you can let us know and we’ll send out a replacement immediately.
