In Singapore, we use Singpost. Our default delivery service is Singpost tracked mail, which usually takes between 2-4 business days to arrive in your mailbox. There’s no need to wait around to sign for your delivery as your coffee is sent in specially designed letterbox friendly packs that fit into most Singapore mailboxes. If you have a problem with receiving items from Singpost in your mailbox, we now offer an Express courier door to door option at a slight premium, where you can track and receive your items 1-2 days after shipping.
In Malaysia, our default delivery service are the courier guys ABX/KEX Express. They also take between 2-4 business days to arrive, and slightly longer for East Malaysia orders.
