At the moment we roast twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays, and send your coffee to our courier partners within a few days. Therefore, all orders received up to Monday 5.00am will be processed for Monday’s roast, and anything received up to Wednesday 5.00am will be processed for Wednesday’s roast.
In Singapore, standard Singpost deliveries take 2-5 business days. However, our Express Delivery is generally faster, usually within 1-2 business days thereafter.
In Malaysia, our delivery guys ABX/KEX usually delivers within 2 – 4 business days thereafter, which is around a week from your roast date. It may take longer if you are in East Malaysia. If for some reason your coffee doesn’t arrive within 7 business days from when your coffee is on its way, you can let us know and we’ll send out a replacement immediately.
