If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment, wrong item, etc) you can send it back to us.
- Please return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of your purchase date
- Items purchased on sale or via promo codes are not accepted for return or exchange
- Brew gear that has undergone wear and tear are not accepted for return or exchange

That way, you can inform us why you're returning it, and we can also look out for your item. Do give us at least 1 week to exchange it as we'll time it with our roast date, to ensure you're still getting the freshest beans possible!
