Our default delivery service is Hong Kong Post standard mail which usually takes 1 – 4 business days to arrive in your mailbox. Unfortunately there is no tracking number for this.
For tracked courier, we use Pickupp. For subscription orders, your Pickupp tracking number should be on your Dashboard when you login, and once we send out an email to let you know that Your Order Is On Its Way, you should be able to see some movement on it. Pickupp will also send you an email with you tracking number, and an SMS when your coffee is making its way to you.
For one-off orders, we've not yet integrated Pickupp tracking numbers to the system, so drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send it to you! But don't worry, Pickupp will send you an email with you tracking number, and an SMS when your coffee is making its way to you.
